Problem
Carvel’s in-store experience and brand identity isn’t fully engaging or fun enough to leave a lasting impact. The experience feels dull, making it hard for customers to feel joy, connect with the brand, or stand out in their minds.
Solution
Introduce a cute, playful brand identity with collectible characters tied to flavors. From cards and stickers to pillows and other merchandise, these whimsical touches create a joyful, imaginative experience that lets people reconnect with their childhood side while enjoying Carvel’s flavors.
